The estimate DOES include all rough materials such as 2x4s, drywall, mud, tape, thinset, tools, HardieBacker, primer, screws, nails, wiring, plumbing pipes, electrical boxes, plywood, and similar items.

The estimate DOES NOT include finish materials like tile, grout, Schluter products, vanities, lighting, switches, plumbing fixtures, faucets, shower heads, tubs, mirrors, medicine cabinets, fans, or topcoat paints. If needed, we are happy to pick up these materials for you at no extra charge. All materials must be on-site or ready for pickup before we can begin. If you would like us to handle ordering or selecting materials, please let us know when you approve the estimate. The cost of these materials will be added to the final invoice, and any returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
